A short update on what moved this week across SAI.

1) What We Shipped This Week

This week was focused on execution, cleanup, and putting durable systems in place.

SAI Studio
• Completed support and close-out work for a Microsoft 365 migration, including post-migration fixes and user support.
• Began assessment and planning for an upcoming cloud accounting migration, focusing on data structure and reporting needs.
• Launched a new brand website for Chef Abby, supporting content, visibility, and audience growth: chefabbys.com

SAI Holdings
• Released the SAI Holdings website as a central home for the group and its long-term direction: saiholdings.co

Internal Systems
• Built a lightweight internal recruiting tracker using Notion & n8n
• Re-organized our n8n workspace to better support automation and onboarding workflows.
• Shipped a basic helpdesk / ticketing system using Gmail, Notion, and n8n.

Swift Transport
• Slower usage week with limited activity due to exam season.
• No major changes shipped.

Casa360
• No major updates this week.

2) Spotlight: Foundations Matter

Not every week is about visible progress. Some weeks are about reducing friction, closing gaps, and building internal systems that make future execution smoother.

This was one of those weeks, fewer headlines, more foundations.

3) People & Team

This week:
• Began early conversations to establish a more structured talent pipeline.
• Continued refining internal processes to support future hiring and onboarding.

4) Media & Community

• Continued groundwork for our new podcast, The Exponentials, focused on AI, finance & technology in Africa.
